The DHS Credit Union ATM/POS card is issued to members who wish to have access to electronic transactions but only have a Share Savings account.

 

DHSCU ATM/POS card is a PIN based ONLY debit card, meaning you MUST ENTER YOUR PIN for every transaction making this card the most secured card against fraud DHS Credit Union can offer.

 

The card is accepted at merchants who allow ATM/POS PIN base transactions such as grocery stores, retail merchants, gas stations and ATM Machines.

 

 

In helping our members in reducing fees, DHSCU participates in the Money Tower Network to provide our members FEE FREE ATM Machines.  Click on the Money Tower icon to the left to locate a machine close to you.

 

**We also participate in an additional FEE FREE network, but due to restrictions you MUST contact the credit union for this ATM Network information.

 

 

Important ATM Card Information

• The grey ATM/POS Card will be issued if you have ONLY a Share Savings Account OR the credit union has groundwork to only issue an ATM/POS card

• ATM Cards are PIN base transactions only. If you loose your card a PIN must be entered to use the card

• Daily card limit is $600.00 per day with the weekend counting as one (1) day.  This limit is set for the protection of the member and the credit union.

• DHSCU is NOT able to lift the limit of the ATM/POS card.

• $1.00 per use fee will be charged to your account at the end of the month. This fee does not reflect any charges incurred at any ATM machine.

• FIRST FOUR ATM transactions are Fee Free on the DHS Credit Union side.  This free fee does not reflect any charges incurred at any ATM machine.

• $5.00 fee for a lost/stolen card to be replaced.

• $3.00 fee for a lost/forgotten security PIN.

• DHSCU staff will NOT know your PIN, we will NOT have access to this information and we will NEVER call asking for your PIN

• ATM Card will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days (not counting weekends) after being placed for order.

• In a separate mailing you will receive your PIN number approximately 3 days later.

• ATM Cards are recognized by Pulse, The Exchange & Cirrus
