The Board of Directors meet the third (3) Thursday of each month. You need to have your request in the DHSCU office no later than the second (2) Thursday of the month.

Loan Application Notice New Borrowers: If you have not used DHS Credit Union for any type of loan you will need to complete our long form application by clicking here. This application can be filled out online and then printed off for your signature.

Recent Borrowers: If you have used DHS Credit Union for any loan purposes within the last two years, you may apply for a new loan using our loan update application Click here. This application can be filled out online and then printed off for your signature.

MasterCard If you wish to apply for a MasterCard, please contact DHS Credit Union for the proper application or click here to request an application to be mailed.

**REQUIRED DOCUMENTS** 1 - CU Achieve Program Disclosure - Print then complete
2 - CU Achieve Balance Disclosure - IF you currently have Check Cashing or PayDay Loans - Fill out online then print
3 - IF you do not have an established loan history with DHSCU you will need to fill out a New Borrowers Application
